Do you like chocolate muffins? They are so easy to make with your chocolate-flavoured MULIK.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

250 g sugar

350 g plain flour

11 g baking powder

200 g melted margarine

250 ml MULIK chocolat

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF)

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, set aside.

Mix the eggs with the sugar until you have a smooth batter.

Then add the milk, flour and baking powder.

Then it’s the butter’s turn.

Pour the preparation into the madeleine moulds (but not all the way to the top, the madeleines will swell!).

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Keep a close eye on the cooking!

Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
